U.S. Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo arrived to Sri Lanka

U.S. Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo arrived to Sri Lanka a short while ago (27) for two-day bilateral discussions, says the U.S. Embassy in Colombo.

In the days leading up to the U.S. presidential vote, Pompeo will fly between October 25 and 30 to New Delhi , India; Colombo, Sri Lanka; Malé, Maldives; and Jakarta, Indonesia.

On Monday (26), the U.S. delegation headed by the State Secretary landed in India. Pompeo and the U.S. in New Delhi The third annual U.S.-India 2 + 2 Ministerial Dialogue is being led by Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper and his Indian counterparts to advance the U.S.-India Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership and extend cooperation in the Indo-Pacific and the world to foster peace and prosperity.
